  • For Any Type of Urgent or Medical Emergency, Please Call 911 or Go To The Nearest Emergency Room or Urgent Care

  • Medicare or Medicaid insured patients

  • Preventative Care Services (like well child checks or annual wellness visits/checkups)

  • Chronic Disease Management

  • Chest Pain

  • Palpitations

  • Shortness of Breath/Trouble Breathing

  • Abdominal Pain

  • Moderate to Severe Asthma Exacerbation

  • Moderate to Severe Allergic Reactions

  • Immunizations

  • Mental Health/Behavioral Health Crisis

  • Moderate to Severe Headaches

  • Neurological Changes, Numbness, Weakness, Speech Changes

  • Fainting or feeling like fainting

  • Work Related Injuries

  • We Do Not Prescribe Any Controlled Medications Including Opiates (i.e. Oxycodone), Stimulants (i.e. Adderall), benzodiazepines (i.e. Xanax), Sleep Aids (i.e. Ambien) or hormones (i.e. Testosterone).
