A Note to Our Patients and Community
After serving Bainbridge Island and the surrounding community for the last year, we have made the difficult decision to permanently close The Clinic on Bainbridge, effective October 31, 2026.
This was not an easy choice. The clinic was created in hopes to serve as a resource and improve access to care in our community. We are deeply grateful for those who trusted us with the health of themselves and their loved ones. It has been an honor to be part of your health journeys.
What This Means for You
Continuity of care: We encourage all patients to scheduling an appointment with their existing primary care provider or establish care with a new provider as soon as possible. Please contact our office if you'd like a referral. If you need emergent or urgent care, please visit the nearest urgent care or emergency department.
Medical records: All current patients have been notified by mail with detailed instructions on how to access or request their medical records, including through our secure patient portal.
Records custodian: Following closure, records will continue to be securely maintained, consistent with Washington State retention requirements. Patients may contact us directly with any records requests.
